Login to MyMercer, choose Dashboard from the left-side menu, and choose Action Items. Select the Graduation Application and submit online. Only if the electronic application is not available, print the paper version of the Atlanta Graduation Application and submit to registraratlanta@mercer.edu.

Login to MyMercer, choose Dashboard from the left-side menu, and choose Action Items. Select the Graduation Application and submit online.
If the electronic application is not available, either you are not yet eligible to submit one based on the number of credit hours completed in your program (80+ for undergraduate degrees or 9+ for graduate degrees), or you have already submitted the application.
To view your submitted graduation application, login to MyMercer and go to your Document Center from the tile at the bottom or the My Documents menu on the left-side menu. In the Search textbox, start to type "graduation application" (so, type "grad"). You may have to click "View Previously Submitted Documents" and search your document archive if you submitted some time ago. If you see the "RG-Graduation Application" document, then it's already submitted!
If you cannot submit the application and do not see your submitted application, reach out to us at registrar@mercer.edu.

Undergraduate students may submit the application after 80 credit hours are completed. Early submission allows priority degree audit processing before registration for the final semester.
Special Request to Participate in Commencement
Deadline for Summer Graduates - February 28
Students completing this form must be registered for Spring in order for academic advisors to verify remaining credits/courses needed for Summer.
