Course-Related Event Reservation Requests
The Macon Campus Registrar’s Office is pleased to provide assistance to faculty with course-related event reservations in 25Live. To ensure efficient processing of requests though our office, we ask that you consider the following recommendations:
- Please send requests by email to Registrar@mercer.edu with a subject of “Reservation Request.”
- Please indicate your preferred location(s) and the number of participants. We do not have access to room resource or layout information, so we are not able to determine which location will best accommodate your event.
- Please allow 10 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing. Requests for short-notice events may not be accommodated.
- Please be mindful of the blackout calendar (attached) when planning events. This calendar identifies the dates when spaces and resources are already at maximum capacity due to large Mercer events. Additional events cannot be accommodated.
- Turnaround time for a confirmation is currently 7-10 business days. This may be longer during peak times (i.e. August, January, May).
